RG Johannesburg has voted to support the Rays of Hope charity in the neighbourhood, Alex. For 29 years Rays of Hope, a non-profit company (NPC) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) has been partnering for lasting change with the community of Alexandra. They focus on three areas such as orphaned and vulnerable children, education and work readiness.
Ray of Hope has received 140 Pick n Pay bucket hampers from Röhlig-Grindrod for the vulnerable families living in the Alexandra township in Johannesburg.
Ray of Hope receives countless requests for people needing food and our donation came at the perfect time.
The Röhlig-Grindrod team was very proud to be part of this initiative, especially during these trying times.

Davina Gottschalk (Social Committee) will consolidate the collections from all the branch project leaders by COB on the 9th June. We are looking for volunteers to help with the packing, organization & distribution of the grocery buckets, please let me know if you are interested in helping out.
